First Edition Hardcover Book in Dust Jacket. Binding square and tight binding and contents clean and bright. Covers show light fading along edges and light bumping at tips. Jacket shows light edge wear and chipping and is now enclosed in a removable Mylar sleeve to protect it from further wear. Historical fiction about a wedding journey along the Erie Canal in Upstate New York during the mid 19th Century. Illustrated by Alan Tompkins.
