Deluxe limited signed edition, numbered 59 of 200, signed by Jonathan Carroll, illustrator Thomas Kidd, and editors John Betancourt, George H. Scithers and Darrell Schweitzer. Original blue cloth with gilt titles to the spine and upper board. The cover of the softback edition is bound in at the front with a colour illustration by Thomas Kidd. Illustrated throughout with black and white line drawings by Kidd. A very fine copy, the cloth clean and binding firm, the contents, with a few tiny, faint spots to the text block top edge, are otherwise clean throughout and without previous owners' stamps or inscriptions. Signed by Jonathan Carroll, illustrator Thomas Kidd, and editors John Betancourt, George H. Scithers and Darrell Schweitzer to the limitation page.
