Copy #20/350 numbered cloth-bound [however, while this numbered version was usually bound in blue cloth, this is one of about 10% of the run that was instead bound in the same red cloth used for the lettered edition] hardcover magazine copies, signed by Stuart David Schiff, J. N. Williamson, Margo Skinner, Fritz Leiber, Hugh B. Cave, David Morrell, Alan Ryan, and Dennis Etchison [but not by Susan Casper, who seems to have signed only some of the hardcover copies---why some copies and not others, and seemingly randomly so at that, is unknown to me]. Semi-prozine which includes the World Fantasy Award winning "Bones Wizard" by Alan Ryan. 174+ pages, illustrated by various artists.
