The first edition, first impression.In the original unclipped dust wrapper.In the red variant cloth.The thirty-fifth collection of short stories in the immensely popular "Just William" series, following the unruly schoolboy William Brown on yet more adventures.Illustrated with a frontispiece and illustrations throughout, by Henry Ford and Thomas Henry. Written by Richmal Crompton, a popular English author, who is best known for this series of books. In the original publisher's cloth binding, in the original unclipped dust wrapper. Externally, smart. Prior owner's ink to the front board. A couple of small marks to the boards. Very light bumping to the head and tail of the spine. Light edge wear to the dust wrapper. Only a few very light marks to the dust wrapper. Internally, firmly bound. Pages are bright and clean. A small amount of wear to the recto of the frontispiece. Frontispiece has lightly offset to the title page. Stamp to page 117. Very Good Indeed
