S.J. Clark. Used - Good. 1924. Quarter leather over marble paper covered boards. Quarto. Four volume set. 608 pp, 599 pp, 678 pp, 682 pp. Illustrated. Some shelf wear, scuffing, and significant edge wear to boards. Moderate chipping to heads of spines. Corners significantly bumped and frayed. Gilt stamped lettering on spines clear and bright. Bindings are sound. Moisture trace along lower portion of pages of second volume, slight dampstain to lower corner of third volume. Previous owner's stamp to page following ffep of fourth volume. Overall moderate natural toning to pages which remain otherwise clean and unmarked. Altogether a complete set in Good condition. (Subject: Americana & Regional History.)
