About This Item
Will-O'-The-Wisp – Patricia Wentworth (1st Edition 1928 Hardcover) Golden Age Mystery Romance Novel Fiction Thriller Suspense
Copyright 1928, published 1928 by J. B. Lippincott Company (Philadelphia). No dust jacket. 1st Edition as determined by the matching copyright and publication date of 1928. Hardcover shows heavy wear and damage to include a detaching rear cover due to the cracked interior hinge (that shows the binding linen), heavy scuffs and spots/stains to both boards, substantial spine lean, sunfade and tanning (particularly that has faded the spine), bumped corners and edges. The rear cover will eventually detach. The publisher's top stain is faded, the textblock and pages are tanning and the foreedge has foxing and stains. There is an ex-libris sticker and book store sticker on the front endpaper. There a few small notations, pencil markings, smudges, and scuffs throughout the text. Overall, due to the boards and binding, this book is in Poor/Damaged condition.
