Richard Jefferies (1848-1887) was an English nature writer, who depicted English rural settings through poems, essays, and books. His childhood on a small Wiltshire farm influenced much of his writing. Collated, complete. Bound in half-calf on cloth boards. Externally, generally smart. Some discolouration and marks to the boards, with edge wear to extremities and along the spine joints. Rubbing to head and tail of spine. Offsetting on free endpapers from the leather binding.
