About This Item
New York: The Literary Guild Of America, 1930. HB. Blue cloth, 12mo, 270 pp. Owners bookplate front pastedown, no marks in book, binding tight. Top edge of text block stained red. Translated from the French by Lawrence S. Morris. Covers show very slight edge wear. In a colorful dust jacket that shows minor chipping, 1/2" loss top and bottom of spine not affecting ant text. Author was in the Supply arm of the French Army during World War I (358th Infantry Regiment of the 71st Division). Book condition VG in VG- DJ.
