The practice of prayer at intervals throughout the day is an ancient Christian one, and has resulted in lives deepened in love and peace through the knowledge of God. But praying often through the day can be nearly impossible for those who live outside the monastery. This brief book, written by a former construction builder and now Anglican priest, provides brief services to be read and meditated on three or four times daily. The emphasis throughout the book is on simplicity. This is a prayer book that even the busy working person can use regularly with ease.

About the author

Christopher Keating started life as a builder and brickie. At the age of twenty seven he decided to get ordained in the Anglican Church and is now the Vicar of Ilford, in Essex
