A Very Good set. 12mo., [Vol.1] iv, 541; [Vol.2] vii, 527 pp., illustrated with an engraved portrait frontispiece, and a large large, folding chart. Bound in the publisher's green cloth with gilt titles on the spine. Light to moderate edge wear, mostly at the spine's crown and tail. Previous owner's name and book plate on the front paste down of each volume. A few penciled notes on the rear end paper. Part of the publisher's series, Bohn's Standard Library, with a list of all titles on the front and rear end papers.
