Green cloth with gilt lettering to front board and spine. Pages are lightly tanned with water marks to lower edges of front pages and paste-down. Small tear to page 241, with a few small nicks and water drops along text block edge. Slight cracking to gutters with exposed netting. Binding remains firm. Occasional thumb-marking present throughout. Boards have moderate shelf-wear with notable bumping to corners and rubbing to surfaces. Moderate tanning to spine and edges, with visible crushing to spine ends. Book has a subtle forward lean. Mild insect damage to rear board.
