About the author

Rochelle Melander is an author and professional coach. She has written nine commercially published books for the spiritual market, more than 100 articles and publishes two popular e-zines: Right Now! Notes and Write Now! Weekly Writing Tips. Melander has also written educational materials and many articles for a variety of publications including Citigal Magazine, The Lutheran, Highlights for Children, Youthtalk, Women (TM)s Touch, Decision, and Light and Life.

Melander began her professional career as an ordained minister in the Evangelical Lutheran Church of America. Since 2000, she has been the editor of the popular devotional periodical The Word in Season. In 2007, she branded herself as The Right Now!/Write Now! Coach. In 2006, Melander founded Dream Keepers Creative Writing Workshop, a writing group for at-risk tween and teens in the inner city of Milwaukee.
