Boston: Houghton Mifflin Company, 1908. Hardcover. 24mo. Brown cloth spine and brown pictorial paper over boards. 45pp, (2pp ads). Numerous woodcuts. Very good. Mild edgewear; quaint nonauthorial "From an Ardent / Admirer of the Author" front flyleaf inscription; tiny ownership signature on title page.
