NY: George H. Doran Company; (1918). First Edition . Hardcover. Very good with no dust jacket. Orange cloth with green lettering on front board and spine. The spine is a little darkened, and there are some light stains on the front board. The endpapers are a little soiled, as are the edges of the page block. A novel about a German who immigrates to England and becomes a successful businessman, all the while spying for Germany in the days leading up to World War I.
