"from a fable in 'The Sheik of Alexandria and his Slaves' by Wilhelm Hauff", Music by Hans Werner Henze, but this volume is the libretto only. "English Version by Eugene Walter" on label affixed to title page, covering a printed line containing a typo. Pamphlet format, 5-1/8" x 7-7/8", stapled in light-weight card wraps that are age-toned with light creases in a few places, staples rusted. Pages age-toned, unmarked.
