Gray boards with gilt decoration to the front board. Small stains to the cloth, and uneven age toning. A pull to the headband. The dust jacket has modest rubbing to the spine. A dust smudge and a small closed tear to the rear panel. The dust jacket has a sticker ghost to the front flap, and the publisher's price of $7.95. A novel about an author's self destruction.
