This is a classic of noir that I'd somehow managed to miss all these years. I'd never seen the original film version, but had caught the Nicholson/Lange remake.I quite enjoyed this and would recommend it highly if you haven't read it. That I too so long was a mistake.

Shadow At Noon

Quite happy with the book. The author is Harry Whittington under one of his many pseudonyms.Good fast read that kept one turning the pages. The plot wasn;t new, even back then, but the author handled it well.

Phantom Gunman

I love the Fargo series and needed this one to fill out my set. I would recommend this book and any of the others in the series to anyone who loves western/adventure tales.
