Buyers beware- The book pictured is not the book received. Although you may use the correct ISBN, you may be shipped an international version, which may not contain crutial text for any business classes you may be getting the book for. AS for the book itself, the chapters are easy reads with examples that are timely and interesting. I am enjoying some of the text and find the case studies shine a light onto businesses we all know. I feel like I now have a little "inside info" on these companies, but it is probably all public knowledge if one knew where to look.
