Atul Gawande has beautifully, systematically, and simply expressed the pathways for assuring successful outcomes in such diverse scenarios as complex surgeries to building of sturdy skyscrapers to flights of aerospace vehicles.
This book is very well written and highly informative. The past, present, and predicted future problems with the power grid in the U.S, and in other places around the world are of high concern to me, and should be to law-makers and budgeteers. It's a very rewarding read.
