Clean pages with light tanning and mild foxing throughout. Pencil markings to half title page. Front free endpaper is missing. Binding remains firm. Boards have mild edge-wear with slight rubbing to surfaces and bumping to corners. Lettering is bright and clear. Unclipped jacket. Panels and spine have moderate edgewear with chips, tears and creases. Moderate loss to spine and edges. Minor tape repairs to interior spine. Visible wear marks to spine and panels.

Jacket complete and fairly attractive, despite edgewear and a number of edge chips and archivally closed (on verso) separations. A tight and nice first edition of these later theatre essays. Front flyleaf bears the nifty circular blind-embossed ownership imprint of noted television character actor Robert Casper (1924-2020).
