Interior pages are clean and bight, minus one or two small smudges. Binding is solid. This 1910s New Century Library edition features marbled green end pages, and a B&W illustration opposite the title page. A classic, epic tale of suffering and retribution, The Count of Monte Cristo follows Edmond Dantes after he is wrongfully imprisoned. Previous owner's name is signed on front end page, otherwise clean copy.

Spine sunned, tiny stain to bottom of the spine, else a nice, clean copy internally. In the publisher's patterned slipcase, about very good, wtih a ding near the top of the opening, generally toned along the extremities. One of 1500 limited copies SIGNED by Lamotte on the limitation page.
