In good plus black cloth boards, blind stamped ruled edges, gilt titles on spine. The coves are very clean and tight, with repairs made to spine. "The Clevedon Community Bookshop Co-operative Bindery Team" have re-glued some frayed edges. The spine has had previous repair to the spine. Clean black end papers. Gilt cut edges. The text block is tightly bound and not tanned, but with foxed prelims and end pages. Some underlining and pencil comments in margins. The Bindery Team have also reinserted a few loose pages. With black ribbon marker. Very good condition.

With a two colour prayer card tipped-in to verso of front free endpaper. In a quarter morocco binding with vellum covered boards. Externally, boards are rather marked but otherwise sound. Spine a little worn to head and tail. Internally, firmly bound. A few spots to first few pages but otherwise a bright and clean copy. Good

The Book of Common Prayer lacks the title pg, so the publisher is unknown. The Companion to the Atlar has a title pg and was pubished in London, by Beecroft for Scatcherd and Whitaker, no date given. The Psalms has a title pg, Cambridge, John Archdeacon, 1783. Condition is GOOD ; book lacks the rear board. Front hinge shows a fine crack but the binding is tight. Title pg of Common Prayer lacking, first pg of the text is the contents pg. The ffep is charming: written in a contemporary hand is: Sarah Salt, Hur Book. Steale not this book for feer of shame for here you see the owners name." On the back of this page are two ink drawings of "Queen Ann and King George 3".
