Internally, the rear in endpapers appear a little grubby, else neat, clean, bright and tight. In its original dust jacket (lightly bumped and chipped along edges). Dust jacket protected in a Bordart-style sleeve. Another tale of Kip and Scootie, the children on a big western ranch, have another adventure with Uncle Bill.

This is a hardcover book with 290 pages including many illustrations. The binding is strong with all pages firmly attached. The pages are clean with no soiling, writing, or tears. There is a bookplate on the first end paper. The title page shows 1940 as the published date. The price is clipped from the DJ flap. The dust jacket is also Excellent with just a hint of edgewear (No Chips). I dont think this book has ever been read in 80+ years now! We always ship in a sturdy cardboard box!

It has a tape repair on front. There are numerous small chips and tears on the corners, spine tips and edges but because they are small the Dj is not that diminished. Foxing on the boards near spine. Endpaper gutters are brown and there is a tear and small holes but binding is firm. Endpapers have some browning. Page edges browned but interior pages bright as are illustrations by the author. Later printing.
