Oxford: Oxford At The Clarendon Press, 1928. Hardcover. Very Good/No Jacket. Corrected Impression" (with corrections and additional notes). Exact edition and printing not known. In very good smart dark red cloth boards, with gilt crest to front and gilt titles to spine. The boards are flat, unmarked and quite firm; spine ends and edges sound. The free end papers are slightly tanned. The text block is tightly bound and clean. The title page up to the end of the Preface has a deep, though decreasing, vertical crease. With fold out black and white map on green back ground by title page. Very good condition. No dedications etc. Without jacket. Rare edition.
