Leaflet promoting passage of the 1915 Pennsylvania resolution providing for a Constitutional Amendment to give women the vote, the text begins: "It is asserted that 'the average good American woman's indifference to woman suffrage' is an unanswerable argument against the movement...". Text closes: "Women Vote in Wyoming, Colorado, Idaho, Utah, Washington, California, Oregon, Arizona, Kansas, Nevada, Montana and Alaska. Why Not in Pennsylvania?
