Single sheet measuring approximately 16.75 inches by 8 inches folded twice to 8 inches by 6 inches, printed on medium card stock. The brochure opens to reveal 4 fabric samples behind die-cut windows & brief promotional text. Not found in OCLC as 7/22/2023.
Moderately soiled, slightly rubbed, brief evidence of erasure & a bit of foxing at the back panel, otherwise very good.
A very clever promotional piece which asks the eternal questions & provides solutions:

Lot of two original untitled hand-colored photos on double weight paper depicting interior views furnished in colonial style. No place [Framingham, Massachusetts], no date [circa 1915]. One measuring 3.75 inches by 5.75 inches tipped at the top to card stock measuring 7.75 inches by 9.75 inches, the other measuring 2.5 inches by 4.75 inches tipped to card stock measuring 6.75 inches by 8.75 inches. Both are signed in ink by Nutting in the mount just below the image.
Photographs slightly faded, mounts browned & soiled mostly on the verso, easily Very Good or better.
A lovely pair of Wallace Nutting's "Colonials," one depicting a seated woman amidst colonial furnishings in front of a roaring fire, the other showing three women at tea.
