Belle De Graf was the editor of the Cooking Information page of the San Francisco Sunday Chronicle, syndicated in 50 Pacific coast newspapers. She was also the Director of Domestic Science for the California Prune & Apricot Growers Association and an Instructor at the U.S. Naval Reserves, New York City.
