Blackwell's Rare Books

We also have a brick-and-mortar store! Visit us in:

Oxford, Oxfordshire, United Kingdom

Opened in 1879 by Benjamin Henry Blackwell, whose son Sir Basil was a founder member of the ABA and one-time owner of the Shakespeare Head Press. We can still be found on the second floor of the original location on Broad Street, Oxford, where all our collectable stock is available for perusal. Printed catalogues are still produced and sent out all over the world, featuring some of the same books once sold by Benjamin Henry and Sir Basil, though they would surely have never dreamt of a presence on the internet.

Cultbooks.nl

Castricum, Netherlands

All items on Cultbooks.nl come from my own private collection, that I put together over the last 40+ years, therefore reflecting my personal taste in literature, art, architecture and popular culture (with music and movies in particular). All books are at least in very good condition.

Station North Books

We also have a brick-and-mortar store! Visit us in:

Baltimore, Maryland, United States

I grade conservatively, personally inspecting all the books and trying to describe their condition so you have no surprises. I aim to underpromise and overdeliver. My best feedback is the (more than) one that says, "Better than described!" I have been collecting books for years and sharing story and ideas as an English teacher since 1987. Ned at NedSparrow.com
