A three page printed letter, "Tres Important" regarding (as far as I can tell with my limited French) Nicolas' desire that 'appellations d'origins' be indicated and their argument as to why that it is good thing for the French wine industry, is laid-in. Light wear with crease around one of the star-points. Interior, spiral and lithograph in fine condition.
