No copies located on OCLC. Rare. The King Conservatory of Music of San Jose, California, operated between the years 1895 and 1920. It was incorporated in 1894 and managed under the direction of its founder and dean, Frank Loui King (1858-1914). King had been a resident of San Jose since 1879, having come from Melbourne, Australia. This catalog for the school year ending December 1908, includes a faculty roster, portraits of Loui and Frank King and a few of the instructors, photographs of the front of the school building and several of school classrooms and the auditorium, two floor plans of the school, descriptions of the courses, a year-by-year list of alumni for the years 1895-1906, the 1908 roster of students, and a roster of amateur and private students.
