With numerous illustrations including a fold out map of New York, a fold out View of New York (1792), a fold out plan of New York (1763), two fold outs of the Crofton Aqueduct, a fold out map of public parks and places in NY (1838), and more. A few of the fold outs have closed tears. Dampstaining to the bottom of the front cover; however, the interior seems to be unaffected. Browning to top margin of several pages and occasional spots of foxing. Previous owner inscription in pen to front free endpaper. 552 pages. NY/022118.
