As the physical wall was dismantled and disappeared, vacant apartments next to the no-man's-land of the wall in East Berlin had been occupied, "squatted," by artists, punks, dissidents, and gays; young people with a liberal stance and creative energy. Offi cial clearing of the building by the police was often abetted by neo-nazi and fascist parties who participated in the harassment of the squatters.All posters are presently stored between acid free boards, flat, under weight. They will be shipped rolled, in tubes.

Technically not an opera but a "singspiel," The Impressario is essentially a play, preceded by an overture and interrupted by four arias. It was first performed on February 7, 1786, in a musical competition in the Schonbrunn Palace, sponsored by Joseph II. Mozart's singspiel competed directly with none other than Antonio Salieri's one-act, Prima la Musica e Poi le Parole (First the Music and Then the Words).
