Dublin: P. & W. Wilson [and others], 1769. 8vo. 2 volumes: vii, 463; viii, 415 pp. Contemporary flame calf (joints cracked and a little eroded), leather spine labels (rubbed). A solid copy. First Dublin edition, originally published in French in 1757; the first edition in English appeared in London in 1769). With the book label of William Tatham in each volume; Tatham was well known for his work in the tobacco business in North Carolina, Virginia, and Tennessee in the late 18th century and he published an important book on the subject in 1800.
