Bernhard Tauchnitz, 1861. Hardcover. Acceptable. 1861. No Edition Remarks. 422 pages. Half bound black leather with marbled paper covered boards. Pages are moderately tanned and foxed throughout. Occasional thumb-marking present. Previous owner's inscription to front free endpaper. Small booksellers sticker to rear pastedown. Binding remains firm. Boards have moderate edge wear with bumping to corners and rubbing to surfaces. Leather peeling to all surfaces, with noticeable scuffing and scratches overall. Crushing to spine ends with slight loss. Sunning and rubbing to spine strip. Slight scuffed loss to paper to boards.
