This is imitation leather brown boards with gilt title and crest on the front, gilt also on spine.Inscription on page 14th Sept 1972. Introduction to the facsimile edition of the Nieuwe Groote Lichtende Zee-fakkel 1728. Advertisement of sea atlases 1695 on page 58 - black and white illustration of the House Van Keulen 1647 on page 61, then various maps from 5501 70 5587

Black boards with Gold lettering on spine and facing cover . No Dust jacket but does have inset order form with description of book. Price 2 British pounds and 2 pence .In Good condition. No Marks inside ,slight scuffing of bottom of boards and wear at the bottom of the spine. Tight spine .Full of black and white photography and text on gates and history of the craft.

The book is writings /poems from Frank Herbert's books and edited into a book by his son Brian Herbert.The book is in very good condition has a circular hole as if punched in upper r corner which almost looks as if it should be there but nothing to compare to we can send a photo if needed ,small rub lower edge otherwise perfect, spine tight no creases no internal markings. Looks unread.

This is a lovely Limited Edition of 150 copies only. Originally was in 10 parts from 1972-1975 the limited edition was published in !975 with a few changes and additional illustrations. Signed by the author - Ivor Waters. The illustrator Mercedes Waters and cartography Bryan Woodfield. Beautiful black and white illustrations,maps and photographs throughout the book. Cream dust jacket with minimal wear, a tiny tear on upper front near spine with some irregularity and wear on the upper spine jacket. Green boards with Gilt writing on the spine in very good condition. The photographs are the actual book showing signatures and the small defect on dust jacket upper spine and tear in Dust jacket as it is.

Hardcover Very good condition. Tight spine . No Internal markings. The photographs are the actual book front back and copyright page. The only slight marks are those seen on the back cover. Biographical text and photographs by Larry Towell.

Dark Blue boards in good condition with gilt lettering on the spine. Side edges of pages rough cut. Tight spine. Slight fading on the on top / bottom edge as seen in photographs.
No internal markings. Clean . very slight browning of pages due to age.
Contains maps and fold out.
