Zero by Charles Seife

This is a history of the underestimated zero. It starts with the importance of zero, then moves on to the later years, including all conflicts over the idea of the void (zero) and the infinite. It shows the real importance of the number as both a proof of God, as well as a way to disprove the existence of a deity.
