JONATHAN N. GOODRICH is Associate Professor of Marketing at Florida International University. He has publications numerous in journals such as Harvard Business Review, Journal of Marketing Research, Business Horizons, Business Topics, Journal of Travel Research, and Proceedings of marketing conferences in the United States and other countries. He has also taught at Indiana University and the University of Houston.
