Life in Colored Pencil: Art Catalog by Veronica Winters Paperback - 2008

Native of Russia, Veronica Winters spent her childhood living in Zelenograd, a suburb of Moscow known for its electronic industry. With the collapse of the Soviet Union Veronica pursued her B.A. degree in Management from Zelenograd Business College, a joint venture of the Moscow Institute of Electronic Engineering and the University of Tulsa when she was awarded a scholarship to study at the University of Tulsa. She immigrated to the United States in 1997. In 2003, she completed her B.F.A. in Studio Art at the Oklahoma State University, commuting to school and caring for her baby. In 2005, Veronica completed her M.F.A. in painting at the Pennsylvania State University. Interested in traditional oil painting techniques, between 2007 and 2012 Veronica studied part-time at the Art Students League of New York and the Grand Central Academy of Art. Currently Veronica is a full-time artist living in Naples, FL. Veronica has received many awards and publications, including Artists & Illustrators, Leisure Painter, UK art magazines; American Art Collector, American Artist Studios, Colored Pencil magazine, Syracuse Cultural Workers datebook, and so on.
