Leigh W. Brown is a single, 25 year old Minister of Strong Deliverance by Faith Apostolic Church in her hometown of Mobile, AL. As a young woman of many talents, she has worked as a nursing assistant and hairstylist for many years, often struggling to keep ends meet. But by the grace of God she has always had the favor of God, even when things seemed to be at their worst. From dealing with low self-esteem and depression from a young age, suicide was a constant battle. At the age of 19 and thirsty for God's love and redemption, she gave her life to the Lord, received the gift of the Holy Ghost, and joined a local ministry. Yet still, she felt that something was not right. Realizing after 4 years that she had been sitting under spiritual witchcraft, being raped by a minister in the ministry, and publically shamed, she was ready to give up on her creator, her purpose, and on life itself. A Whisper of Solace in My Midnight's Cry is a collection to tell of how a young woman rose above her circumstance to become the prophetess, the inspiration, and the overcomer that she was always meant to be. Now as an author, she prays that her work will reach, and inspire millions to turn their lives and burdens over to Christ, and be the winners that he has called each of us to be!
