भय से मुक्त हो कर अपूर्व जीवन के फूल खिलते हैं। भय से दबे रह कर सब जीवन की कलियां बिन खिली रह जाती हैं, पंखुड़ियां खिलती ही नहीं। भय तो जड़ कर जाता है। तो मैं जानता हूं तुम्हारी तकलीफ। लेकिन तुम भय से बचने के लिए उत्सुक हो तो कभी न बच पाओगे। मैं तुमसे कहता हूं भय को जानो, देखो- है; जीवन का हिस्सा है। आंख गड़ा कर भय को देखो, साक्षात्कार करो। जैसे-जैसे तुम्हारी आंख खुलने लगेगी और भय को तुम ठीक से देखने लगोगे, पहचानने लगोगे- कहां से भय पैदा होता है- उतना ही उतना भय विसर्जित होने लगेगा, दूर हटने लगेगा। और एक ऐसी घड़ी आती है अभय की, जब कोई भय नहीं रह जाता। मृत्यु तो रहेगी, शरीर मरेगा, मन बदलेगा, सब होता रहेगा, लेकिन तुम्हारे अंतस्तल में कुछ है शाश्वत-सनातन छिपा, जिसकी कोई मृत्यु नहीं। उसका थोड़ा स्वाद लो। साक्षी में उसका स्वाद मिलेगा। उसके स्वाद पर ही भय विसर्जित होता है। और कोई उपाय नहीं है।
