An unusual advertising card with a color illustration by Jessie Wilcox Smith of girls playing with dolls, a radiator in the background. Card, printed on 2 sides, 9 1/2 x 4 1/4", with a 1 cent stamp, postmarked 1910, addressed to a Cold Spring NY resident. "Winter's Dread is the bed-tine thought of rising, dressing, bathing and breakfast-ing in cold rooms. There's a way out. Ideal Boilers and American Radiators..." Black & white illustration on the verso by another artist. Text compares "How Best to Warm our Homes for hot air, steam & hot water.
