Texts in Latin, prelims and ads at end in English. Large octavo. Library bound in dark blue buckram with gilt title to spine, otherwise no sign of library marks except a number stamp on verso of last leaf. Clean and sturdy, some occasional light pencil marginalia but it is neat, mostly in the De laudibus. Neckamr *(1157 – 1217) was an English magnetician, poet, theologian, and writer.
