New York: Dodd, Mead & Company, 1922. First Edition 1st Printing. Hardcover. Very Good/No Jacket. 1922 FIRST PRINTING of First Edition. Original dark green textured cloth, gilt lettering front cover & spine, debossed decoration front cover. Clean covers, usual dulling to spine gilt but still legible, tiny puncture hole (not through board, just through cloth) front cover above the first "T" in the title, very slight discoloration at cover edges, no previous owner marks or writing on any pages, no foxing, solid binding, complete with all pages and plates. The book measures 240mm tall x 160mm, and has 282 ages, color frontispiece, 100 b/w photos. PHOTOS ARE OF THE ACTUAL BOOK BEING OFFERED.
