Near Fine, with just a thin band of moderate age-toning at the top of both covers, and no other flaws whatsoever, inside or out. Certainly one of the finest surviving 1946 first edition examples of Fitzgerald's history of the Cherokee in the Smoky Mountains and associated legends. See all scans.
