About This Item

(Scottsdale, Arizona; 2014): Two Worlds Community. First Edition. Octavo. 179 pages, index. Inscribed by the author to his friend, Herman Chenin, "my longtime friend and advisor", also laid in is a letter: "Dear Herman, I was most excited to see that both you and Ed Robson were on the list of those who intended to be with us yesterday. While you missed, I wanted you to have this just published book which is about how we do things today but about critical issues for the future." Fondly, Vern. Swaback not only was the apprentice with Frank Lloyd Wright but after his mentor's death in 1959, he was part of the team that finished the Guggenheim Museum and Gammage Auditorium. A fine copy bound in white paper covered boards lettered in black with Wright's usual red square.
