Colorful covers: front is a color photo of a horse-drawn buggy on the path at "Lodge Gate at Kearney Park, Fresno;" back is a color photo of red grapes hanging from a vine. "One of Fresno's Sources of Wealth." Original, staple bound wrappers, very good condition.
A promotion for farming, and an invitation for prospective homeowners to settle - all based on the advantages of climate, abundant opportunity, and wealth.
