In continuation of "Miscellaneous, no. 35 (1916)." Contains 4 documents from and to United States Ambassador in London, Walter Hines Page (1855-1918), concerning reciprocal exchange of interned civilians over 45 by Britain and Germany. In Very Good Condition: "ABI" in ink at upper edge of front cover; lightly creased; exterior pages are lightly soiled; otherwise, clean and solid.
