Worn: Binding faded & soiled, gilt dull, stained & foxed, small label & brief illegible annotation at the front pastedown, still a useful copy.

This copy with the small booksellers' label of G. & L. Marrell of Frederick, Maryland at the front pastedown.

Uncommon, the OCLC entry does not mention the inclusion of the Constitution which has its own title page & separate pagination,

Publisher Elias Heiner, D.D. (1810 - 1863) was ordained in 1833 & served as pastor in Baltimore from 1835 untill his death.
