Lightly toned, foxed & soiled, slight edge wear, otherwise very good.

The upper wrap incorrectly provides year of publication as 1845, the title page correctly indicates 1846.

William H. Grant, Chief Engineer, New York Department of Public Parks, Bureau of Civil and Topographical Engineering, was instrumental in the construction of Central Park.
