London: Longmans, Green, and Co., 1871. Leather. Very Good Indeed. 7.5" by 5". None. An important contemporary review of Irish politics from the library of Sir William Eden Bart. In a beautiful Bickers binding. A collection of the words of Jonathan Swift, Henry Flood, Henry Grattan and Daniel O'Connell. Previously owned by Sir William Eden Bart, a British Politician whose son, Anthony Eden, served as Prime Minister of the United Kingdom. Rebound in half green crushed morocco with green cloth. Marbled pastedowns and endpapers. Externally, very smart with minor shelf wear to the extremities, particularly the head of the spine. Internally, firmly bound. Pages are very bright and clean throughout. Previous owner's book label to the front pastedown. Very Good Indeed

Where are We?
Based in the literary city of Bath, our offices are housed in the Eastern Dispensary. Built in 1845, the building originally existed as a charitable institution providing medical care. The building now houses our collection of over twenty thousand books and has five full time members of staff.
